App Builder lets you create applications of your own. On Google Play, you can publish your applications. Without any code, basic things can be done. The coding is performed in JavaScript or Java for more complex things. By incorporating AdMob ads into your app, you can also earn money. There is funding for both banner advertising and interstitial ads. This can be done with no coding at all. This is much easier than Android Studio, and it does not require a desktop computer.

Things to be followed to start using App Builder
Make sure that:
1) your device has Google Play installed;
2) App Builder has been actually installed from Google Play and not from somewhere else;
3) you have an internet connection that is not filtered and is not via VPN;
4) you are logged in on the device with a Google account.
Besides, in-app billing is not available in some countries. If you reside in one of those countries, you will not be able to subscribe.
